greatest cause is often thought to be the mothers» concern that they
ate poorly or even just

food» to be able to make enough milk.
Unfortunately, back then, there was not a
great deal of awareness about the
foods we
ate, so not
too much thought was given to
eating processed
foods that were filled with artificial colors and flavorings, not to mention preservatives, though we may have been fortunate in missing out on the wave of high fructose corn syrup.
Frying them takes away a little of their nutritional value, and adds some calories, but as long as Mom doesn't
eat too many, they're a
great food to enjoy from time to time.
I agree with the above commenter that this is a
great food list for
eating healthy in general

Have a
great meal plan to follow that is nutritionally balanced, includes
foods you love to
eat and regulates your blood sugars so you're never
too hungry.
And while these may be a
great alternative,
eating too much of these junk
foods can leave you devoid of essential nutrients.
Developing healthy
eating habits
eating foods from this group that are «lean» or low in fat, is a
great way to get the protein that your body needs without getting
too much fat in your diet.
I actually
eat pumpkin every single day because it's one of my favorite
foods for
great skin, it's a
great source of iron, and it's also
great for digestion
too.
I wouldn't say this was a «
great» article... Seems clear to me
too that Jobs probably died because of his diet
too tho... but what this article doesn't talk about is the health / unhealthiness of anyone who
ate what jobs did but then also added meat and how long they lived or what diseases they had / or if they lived to be 110 years old... or someone who
ate a different type of vegan diet like one with appropriate good proportions of whole
foods in a plant based diet with fruit and no juice and how healthy or idk i've never heard of someone
eating a good / human appropriate vegan diet and developing cancer but if one exists / existed i would imagine this site would of found them don't you?
