eat right is to have
foods on hand that can be easily grabbed for those on - the - go days and those night - time -

I love having breakfast
food for dinner and totally agree that when it is something
sweet, I always feel the need to
eat a bunch of veggies after!
I may
eat mostly good
food most of the time, but the amounts of sugar and
sweets and oils I
eat is causing me to heavily detox after not having them for a week.
They are in general extremely healthy as like us they
eat loads of Thai vegetables and superfood spices such as fresh turmeric, galangal, etc but some vegetarians we know are what they call «junk
food vegetarians» that don't have a well balanced diet and go nuts on carbs, especially
sweets.
I admit, I have a problem

The bottom line is: everything including sugar in moderation, offer healthy
food and refuse to substitute other things eg
sweets, candy etc, and don't force a child to
eat something he / she clearly doesn't like.
As much as I love to
eat large
food (ask Joe / anybody in my family... my favorite
sweet potatoes are like, the size of footballs — not anymore though, wedding diet problems.)

My dad said it was
sweet but felt like he was

My love of
food stems from family, so obviously you'll find a few family favorites, like my grandmother's insanely delicious Brinjal curry (V+GF), mom's comforting Coconut Congee (V+GF) that we
eat ONLY on Good Friday, or the Vegetable Stir - fry that my
sweet dad made for my vegetarian mom to thank her for cooking meat for us.
Not only did it feel good to have a hot bowl of soup on such a cold day, but it was great

I guess growing up forbidden to
eat sugary cereals (although not without tons of youthful Fruit Loops tantrums at the store) has now embedded within my taste buds an aversion to
