Today I'm sharing what I
eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner on a regular day.
My baby girl is such a picky eater... She is almost 2 now and she wants to
eat French fries, mac and cheese, and sausage she barely touches any other
breakfast items i tried giving her peas
for lunch with pork chops and noodles just now but she wouldn't touch it
today.
I'll talk more about the research behind the timing of protein in a minute, but I wondered - what had people historically consumed in the morning when we didn't have the obesity and chronic health problems we have
today, and how did we start
eating things like cereal, donuts, bagels and the like
for breakfast?
Though
eating a big bowl of cereal
for breakfast seems the norm
today, it was only in the late 1890's that
breakfast cereal was invented as a health food to help people with digestive problems!
Like
today I wont get to to the gym tonight, so I
ate my
breakfast am now waiting
for an hour and then Ill be off in the gym
for 2 hours......

today, what's going on in the general school culture right now, has this student been taking tests all day, are elements like depression or anxiety potentially relevant, or is it just an «off day»
for a great student?
Today's pumpkin craze has led us to shove pumpkin into everything we
eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner — whether we're cooking up pumpkin French toast, pumpkin chili, or a classic pumpkin pie, we find ourselves with a lump of leftover canned pumpkin sitting in the fridge.
