I'd have to disagree with you that
eating veggies and fruits with every meal will give you what you need.
Did you want your children to
eat their veggies and their fruits?
It can either be asking them to
eat veggies and fruits.
If
they eat veggies and fruit (or protein bars) for an afternoon snack, then it's not so essential for them to eat 2 - 3 vegetables with an entrée at dinnertime.
I love
eating my veggies and fruit, so this part of the program I am ready for!
