but forgive me, they were more likly closer to us being om.niv.orous, so for that I'm SO sorry for pointing out that they were
eating veggies before man was, I'm the liar I guess... We also
have theorized that it was the neandrathals lack of hostil.ity that they died out in the first place.
He hasn't kept me from getting sick, even though I live a «clean» life and
eat my
veggies and say grace before meals.
I
eat meat, fish and dairy because I love them, but in the past year I
have eaten so many more
veggies and I
have made sure that when I
eat meat it is good quality and not processed.
I identified with every word, I
'd say I'm mainly plant based, but like yourself I
have a meat
eating partner, and often when we are in a resturant of his choice, I
'd rather go for something like fresh fish with steamed
veggies than pasta pizza etc... Although I 100 % stay away from meat now (I never liked the taste anyway) when I'm out in a social environment I will
eat fish and eggs.
I don't regularly
eat pasta, so i put the pesto on a whole load of
veggies and
had with falafels (your recipe also!!)

I made a goal this month to
eat more
veggies, especially raw ones, so I
've been taking a baggie of sliced carrots, celery, and baby cucumbers to dip in hummus (Oasis roasted garlic with hot sauce) as a snack.
He, of course,
would tell you that he really doesn't mind
eating veggies as long as they don't interfere with the main ingredient on his plate, which usually is chicken or fish.
I
have only been
eating this with
veggies and crackers, but my next venture is as a spread on a sandwich!
I
've been vegetarian since I was very young and at BBQs I usually end up
eating a salad, grilled
veggies, or a veggie patty.
We keep our freezer stocked with bulk purchases of pasture raised meats and wild hunted venison, we

veggies & fruits (or those that we

I
have arthritis in my knees and will start
eating the 1/4 Cup / day sesame seeds on my oatmeal and my tofu (Thanks commentor for that idea), and try it on my roasted
veggies.
When choosing what to
eat before the Thanksgiving meal, make sure to
have a combination of lean protein, whole grains, fruits and
veggies.
I
have never
eaten it very well since childhood, but do
eat it, but lately I really struggle, but I also
have stomach issues since my gallbladder was removed so
veggies can irritate my stomach so you can see my quandry.
I do love my fruits and

'd much rather
eat 3 servings of Oreos or a huge bowl full of ice cream sometimes — hello, sugar!
This way, we will
eat the chicken straight away in the stock with some vegetables (I often throw some chopped

have to make this for my family soon, I think even my boys will
eat this with the

I love
having breakfast food for dinner and totally agree that when it is something sweet, I always feel the need to

veggies (zucchini, yellow squash, red pepper, extra tomatoes) because I
had them... and just wanted to say THANK YOU because somehow this meal accomplished 2 things I previously thought impossible: 1) make my 3 year old voluntarily
eat vegetables (he
ate every different kind, amazing) 2) make both my children
eat a «mixed - up» casserole.

My Paleo diet is low carb because I don't
eat the starchy
veggies and high sugar fruits that really don't
have that much fiber in them to be as healthy as the regular, non-starchy
veggies are.

've been roasting
veggies out the wazoo lately, my favorite
has been roasted acorn squash, I could

have protein because I can hardly make it more than a few hours without
