listing it for pre-order 90 days (Amazon) to a year (iBooks) ahead of time, as many of the traditional publishers do with their titles.
When I first heard about LendInk on Facebook, I too was concerned that all five of my
EBooks were

I've used these services to get reviews, Tweet packages, book
listings on GoodReads, SelfPublishingReview.com and other

They were very helpful, and sent me an email of a lot of different things I can download to enhance my ereader function, including several

sites that are more compatible with my Ematic Ereader than Kobo, so I
