question isn't «Is an
ebook reader a good deal for me today?»
One distracting fact for analysts considering this
question has been the apparent slowdown in the growth of
ebook sales, suggesting that there are persistent print
readers who just won't make the switch.
The big
question is, is Sony using Mobius to create a genuinely different and interesting product - a bendy one, essentially, that's a real alternative to paper - or simply use the technology to make a rigid device, such as its current
ebook reader, lighter and thinner?
Readers who accepted
ebooks and buy them frequently have more and more titles stored on their e-reading devices or in the cloud, and sooner or later the
question will come: what can I do to make my books better organized (if I want to find them quickly).
