Patricia Watts, ecoartspace founder and west coast curator was recently invited to write a short essay for a gallery exhibition catalogue titled Monsantra published by TNG Gallery in Calgary featuring the work of Canadian artist Wendy DesChene and American artist Jeff Schmuki.

Thanks to the Cambridge Arts Council for partnering and hosting a version in their gallery; to ecoartspace for being a sounding board during the planning stage and for providing videos of Jackie Brookner and Patricia Johanson; to Urban Omnibus for providing video of George Trakas; Melanie Roberts Design for exhibition design and production assistance.

Lipton is an independent curator and co-director of ecoartspace, a non-profit organization that creates opportunities for addressing environmental issues through the arts.

Artist Eve Mosher gave a talk as part of the Marfa Dialogues New York on October 30th, 2013, hosted by ecoartspace curator Amy Lipton at the Rauschenberg Project Space.

Mosher collaborated with ecoartspace to create a HighWaterLine Action Guide for communities interested in using public art to start discussions and workshops around climate change within communities.
