With little by way of investment or industry, and with generally poor demographics, Greece's overall
economic viability remains in doubt, as does its capacity to carry through the drastic reforms that its creditors have exacted as the price for a third bailout, especially as resistance hardens to the measures and onerous oversight insisted upon by the international lenders.
