A video featuring a device that
appears to be a cross between an iPhone SE and an iPhone X surfaced on Weibo this morning and was shared by Japanese site Macotakara.The smartphone in the video, which has a notch at the front, an
edge - to -
edge display, and a vertical rear camera in a body that's similar to the current iPhone SE, is very likely an Android clone device.
Images of the Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus recently leaked and
appear to confirm the pair will pack in 5.8 - inch and 6.2 - inch curved
edge displays, a sizeable increase over the Galaxy S7's 5.1 - inch screen and the S7
edge's 5.5 - inch
display.
Just early this week, a patent that has been granted to Apple even
appeared to confirm the idea that the 10th year anniversary iPhone is going to sport an

The handset in question does

Just like most Android phones with huge
displays, the power button
appears on the right - hand side
edge while the volume rockers can be found on the left.
While it may
appear that Google is only expanding their
display after Apple expanded their own with iPhone X. Instead, it's clear to me that Google's expansion came as the rest of the industry began to expand — starting with Samsung with the «
Edge» devices, and on to LG who released the LG G6 this year.
The
display itself also
appears to have an extremely subtle curve to its
edges, though in these renders the angle is less pronounced than the Galaxy S8's
edge display.
Sadly, the renders don't clearly confirm the rumored
edge - to -
edge display on the iPhone and actual dimensions for the phone weren't released, although it does
appear to be taller, wider and thicker than the iPhone 7.
