Take the bread out of the oven temporarily, run a knife along
the edges of the loaf pan to free the bread, and tip the loaf out of the pan.
Run a knife around
edges of loaves to loosen.
Now I normally don't like eating the edges in a loaf of bread, but I found
the edges of this loaf to be particularly yummy — nutty and crispy.
I just made some taco shells from provolone slices the other day and discovered that
the edges of my loaf pan is the perfect platform to hang them from!
Scatter over 1/2 of the chocolate chunks, avoiding the very
edges of the loaf.
Note: even though I greased and floured my loaf pan, I still had to loosen
the edges of the loaf with a knife so it would come out easily.

3 Shape the
loaf: On a lightly floured work surface, pat the dough into an oval shape approximately 9 inches long with the long side

loaf cup up to the
edge of the pan but I attribute this to the use
of Quinoa flour as the main flour.

edge of the pans, 40 minutes.
Drizzle the maple syrup over the dough but don't go all the way to the
edge, leave about 2 ″
of space for the syrup to expand while forming the
loaf.
You'll want to bake your
loaf as soon as it crests the
edge of the pan by 1» in the very center (and no more).
Working around perimeter
of loaf, cut down parallel to sides and about 1/4» from
edge; try not to cut all the way through or your toasties will fall through the bottom (sad!).
Alternatively you can put half the mixture on one
edge of the sheet and roll the pastry over it to form a
loaf.
Preheat your oven to 350 ° F and spray an 8 x 4 inch
loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray and line with a parchment sling so the two longer sides have a little parchment over the
edge of the pan to help pull the cake out.
Bake until the
loaf is golden brown, pulls slightly away from the
edges of the pan, and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with just a few moist crumbs, 55 to 75 minutes.
Both times I practically had to let the
edges burn in order for the middle
of the
loaf to cook all the way.
You easily can sub away from the brown sugar crust but I believe it puts it right over the
edge of into «Oh my gerd I want to eat the entire
loaf.»
