magnesium's
effects on systemic inflammation.
It seems likely that the observed associations between
magnesium intake and markers of inflammation and endothelial dysfunction may, at least in part, reflect the direct

on glucose and insulin homeostasis.
These observed associations, albeit generally modest, may represent a pathophysiologic mechanism for the pleiotropic

Does
magnesium, or the lack there of, have an
effect on utetine fibroids?
A required cofactor in many enzymatic processes,
magnesium has a relaxing
effect on the body and works in opposition to contractive calcium to enable muscles to relax.
Of course, what we'd like to see is more experimental evidence for the
effects of almonds (which I'm looking at for their high
magnesium), hazelnuts, and so

It's possible that the negative
