A key element of this effort is developing

What is called formative
evaluation in some countries is thus built in to the very texture of the lesson itself and the teachers work together to
make this
system as
effective as possible.
The question is that once we have
effective teacher
evaluations systems in place, teachers who don't
make the grade need to be released so we can get a better, more dedicated and more capable teacher into the classroom.
