learning, and increasing the capacity of educators, families, and community members to develop and sustain partnerships that improve student outcomes.

program to work in a number of schools to try and implement that
Effective Teaching Profile into classrooms.
My colleague Kathy Garcia and I decided to create a

program that inspired teachers to feel these emotions while
learning and developing skills toward more
effective use of technology tools.
