Releasing as a free update anyone who got to Earthlock: Festival of Magic on Steam Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Gog, and as an entirely new game / revised port for Nintendo Switch this week, Earthlock has come leaps and bounds thanks to
efforts of the team who spent the last year improving it and in my mind, it is great indie RPG alternative for anyone who wants a cheaper alternative to Xenoblade Chronicles 2, or just something else to play once they've beaten the Monolith Soft title.

of this
team under wenger lately.
is good in his own way, listen people as wenger said the other day it works both ways players
who refuse to sign a new contract will be made to work harder for their
team to attract good offers that way it benefits arsenal without having to give in to his demand besides look at other players especially Walcott
who played wenger for a fool, after signing his 100 k a week his form dipped and not putting in the
effort knowing he's got that contract for at least 3yes, you'll have to hand it to wenger he learns quick so the bottom line is the ox have been playing well
of late in order to justify these new demand well ox buddy boy I think arsene seen the light on this one
Joining a club
of arsenal s stature has its ups and downs. There is a requirement
of how our players should perform when on the pitch. The following is a list
of players
who were wrong to choose arsenal.Aaron ramsey - Even though he is the most favoured
of all players at the club now.I cant help but think how it would have gone for Him if he decided to search for other greener pastures. He was a clear talented footballer during his time at cardiff but he hasnt been raised with the discipline at arsenal. You can always see ramseys all round strengths but sadly Its not helping him or the club with his foward moving pleasurr. He is so Over used and its sometimes difficult for him to get used to the rythm
of the game. With time you realise he gets low ib confidence and his engine gets wasted. He needed somebody
who would have managed him properly and with care and that person is certainpy not wenger. You would have been better off at Manu mate.Calum chambers - Came us a very talented player from southampton with raw talent. He was very good at first but wenger found a way to reduce his level
of confidence. His inexperience was left exposed and wenger did nt do anything to resolve that problem and instead He looked for other talented players.Alex oxlade chamberlain - Another very talented player
who needed only his skilled sharpened and his character modelled. That and he was ready to become a world beater. But wenger decided to let him run and run like a headless chicken causing him to be often injured and damaging his confidence.
Who knows what would have happened to him gad he decided to look for more greener pasture. He is surely a much better player than this.Theo walcott - Another player
who was tipped to have a very bright future. He had it in him.But all he needed was an appropriate manager
who would nurture him with discipline and help him with his talent. But on Coming to arsenal he was given Much more responsiblities putting more weight on his shoulders on top
of that another player
who was recklessly managed with his talent and never coming off age because his character wasnt properly shaped.Mesut ozil - Al right i agree he perfoms well just recently. But imagine all the legendary players he was often compared to during his time at real madrid. On coming to arsenal he found no rotation often overused, suffered many injuries and his confidence dwindled. It is pretty clear arsene does not take any responsibility for players. And when at arsenal you have to be your own manager. You need not rely on your manager otherwise you might continue being the same player for the next many years. That is why each and every player are what they are because
of their own
efforts and wenger had nothing to do with it.Van persie was the same player for over 7 years untill he himself decided to change.Wenger only organises and prepares tge
team while the rest is in your court. It is not what so many people make it out to be.Thats why we need to pressure wenger more than our own players. They are their own self managers and wenger needs to take that responsibility

Ozil is a class player and it's not like we have them in abundance.Sign Mikki and Abua and play them up top with Laca.Skill pace and desire in all
of them.Ozil is at his best when he has technically astute players in front
of him which is why he was voted German National
Team Player
of The Year 5 times in 6 years.Giroud - No movement and pace and only dangerous when attacking balls in the box.Despite what is said his hold up play is awfull and goes to ground like he's been shot with a Buffalo Gun at the slightest contact.Walcott - Pace but no brain. The stats tell a better picture
of a player
who was NEVER good or consistent to ever be considered anything other than average at best.Wellbeck - Good pace and
effort but little to offer as a goalscorer.Back - up at best. This is what Ozil has had to work with (I have photo shopped Sánchez from my life forever).
players like Ozil always present the fans with a bit
of a conundrum, especially when times are tough... if you look around the sporting world every once in awhile there emerges a player with incredible skill, like Ozil, Matt Sundin or even Jay Cutler,
who have a different way about themselves... their movement seemed almost too lackadaisical, so much so that it seemed to suggest indifference or even disinterest on the part
of the player... their posture always appears somewhat mopey and they generally have an unflattering «sour puss» expression on their face... for some their above average skills are enough to keep them squarely in the mix, as their respective
teams try desperately to find a way to get the best out
of them visa vie player acquisitions or the reworking
of tactics... when things go according to planned the fans usually find a way to accept their unique disposition, whereas when things go awry they become easy targets for fans and pundits alike... in the case
of Ozil and Sundin, their successes on the international stage and / or with their former
teams led many to conclude that if we surrounded such talented individuals with players that have those skills that would most likely bring the best
of these players success would surely follow... unfortunately both the Maple Leafs and our club chose to adopt half - measures, as each were being run by corporations
who valued profitability over providing the best possible product on the field... for them, they cared more about shirt sales and season tickets than doing whatever was necessary... this isn't, by any stretch, an attempt to absolve Ozil
of any responsibility for his failures on the pitch... there is no doubt oftentimes his
efforts were underwhelming, to say the least, but this club has been inept when it comes to providing this prolific passer with the kind
of players necessary for him to flourish... with our poor man's version
of Benzema up front, the headless chickens in Walcott, the younger Ox and Welbeck occupying wide positions far too often and the fact that Carzola,
who provided Ozil with great service and more freedom to roam, was never truly replaced, the only real skilled outlet on the pitch was Sanchez... remember to be considered a world - class set - up man goals need to be scored and for much
of his time here he has been surrounded by some incredibly inept finishers... in the end, I'm not sure how long he will be in North London, recent sentiments and his present contract situation seem to suggest that he will depart at season's end, but how tragic would it be if once again we didn't put our best foot forward and failed to make those moves that could have brought championship football back to our once beloved club... so when you think about this uniquely skilled player don't be so quick to shift all the blame on his shoulders because he will not be the first or the last highly skilled player to find disappointment at the Emirates if we don't rid the club
of those individuals that are truly to blame for our current woes
Those words in my opinion are the words

efforts of his
team.

After the sort
of performance we saw from Arsenal yesterday as we beat the Britannia stadium jinx and gave the old foe Stoke City a good stuffing, especially as it was a true
team effort, there are plenty
of Gunners
who could be considered for the Man
of the Match award, with the likes
of Francis Coquelin, Ozil and Bellerin shining, but once again I have to give it to that man Alexis Sanchez, especially after his goal celebration seemed to suggest he was staying at the Emirates.
Minus some flashes from both Sead and Iwobi, and a workingman - like
effort from Elneny, we learned very little... so here are a few
of my observations from today's game, which highlight my concerns about this
team moving forward... the fact that Mertz started this game, regardless
of our injuries or those being «rested», should be a serious red flag for any true Arsenal fan... if Wenger is preparing to use Mertz with any regularity then the whole thing is a moot point because we are in deep shit... the fact is no quality
team would ever have this tin soldier anywhere near there starting eleven except to groom their youthful players,
who in turn should be playing in this type
of game instead... I can only hope he was simply throwing him a bone for the FA appearance and for agreeing to stay on following the season, but I think the most likely answer is that Wenger's fragile relationship with the fan - base can't be ignored so he felt his experience was a safer bet... unfortunately not a positive choice for a
team trying to move forward (same old, same old)

The pressure increases on the front office, from both the fan base and the media, to 1) sign ANYONE to at least give the appearance
of being «active», and 2) make a «name» signing... which explains why the signings
of a practice - squad LB (Marcus Dowtin), rotational DT (Alan Branch), and a LB whose own
team made no
effort to resign despite his supposed versatility (Manny Lawson) were spun as «fantastic» — and why the signing
of an oft - injured QB
who flamed out on two
teams (Kevin Kolb) was hailed.
The departure
of former Rovers boss Sam Allardyce was both a shock and shocking, with the club's clueless owners installing former club first -
team coach Steve Kean as manager until the end
of the season in a nasty piece
of business which came across as a stab in the back for Allardyce,
who produced miracles during his time and Lancashire and will no doubt be a wanted man in 2011, unlike tickets to Blackburn games despite Venky's best

Sir Alex strung a
team together on Monday which while it did finish the game strongly and ended up winning in what appeared a domineering manner, in actual fact United struggled to get to grips in the first hour or so — sharing possession with Spurs,
who were missing several
of their key men, while I don't remember Brad Friedel in the Tottenham goal having to make a save
of note, with the exception
of Tom Cleverely's low - drilled
effort early on.
Take last season for example, Birmingham were one
of the toughest
teams to break down last season and as a result they fended off the threat

efforts on the attacking side
of things.
