I don't recall reading any posts on that... I have my sons RESP in
TD eFund indexes and the CESG comes in no problem...
You can look up and pay fees
in eFunds for Schools.
My gripe is that their MER is almost exactly the 0.48 % charged by TD
eFunds for the International Index — e, but the latter requires no trading commissions or bid / ask spreads.
Mike, the reason we're considering moving to ETFs is because the amount in our RRSPs is made up of basically one fund (TD CDN
index efund) as our 401k's make up the rest of our assest allocation.
You could have just opened a small personal line of credit with TD, and used that account to link to the TD
eFunds account.

This works out really well for regular TD
efund contributions (i.e. TD US index US$) within an RRSP with eventual «conversion» to ETF at Questrade without the forex fees.
TD Bank does not yet offer ETFs but is one of the most popular index fund providers with its low -
cost eFunds, which are popular with knowledgeable «Couch Potato» style investors.

eFunds are available to Québecers so I don't see any reason why ING's funds shouldn't eventually be available as well.
