If I decide for example to be a
vegan, because meat /
eggs are against my religion I have to accept that I'm going to live in the world with people who
eat meat.
I always worried because I was
eating white skinless fish and
eggs so I wasn't
vegan but then realised it's good for protein sources and I love it.
Made those muffis today, replaced some ingredients, chestnut flour instead of almond flour, spelt instead of buckwheat, soy flour instead of
egg, cause i
eat vegan.
though I don't want to
eat meat or dairy I'm not going
vegan anymore, and going to make sure I include fish and
eggs too.
According to her blog and the blog of her coworker who also did the diet, they
ate seitan, which is pure wheat gluten, and Morningstar veggie sausages, which list gluten as the first ingredient, and also have
egg and milk (while they were supposed to be on a
vegan diet also).

Technically, I am a strict lacto - ovo - vegetarian (I
eat dairy (generally only cheese and yogurt) and
eggs), a part - time
vegan, and a lot of times, a raw foodist.
I've been baking quite a bit of
vegan deliciousness up in my kitchen, because I don't
eat dairy and
eggs day - to - day and therefore often don't have them on hand.
I have had the same experience with hunger, feeling of weakness and bloating, I was
vegan, and now I
eat chicken,

eat eggs and dairy but we don't much now) but due to allergies of other kids his kindergarten is nut free.
At the moment there's a big focus on clean

A comment & a question: for those who can't
eat eggs, but are okay with soy (i.e. both not intolerant & okay with Sephardic Passover rules, which allow legumes), when my daughter was a
vegan, I used tofu as an
egg substitute in regular matzo balls, & it worked perfectly.

I've seen and have
eaten a lot of these
egg / muffin type recipes since they became rather popular over the past two or three years, but I've never tried a
vegan version.
I made a double batch, half I baked as is, I thought it might benefit from am
egg in the next half, so If you don't need it to be
vegan, I added an
egg, they spread better and were softer and chewy for a few days, reminded me of my mom's that I can't
eat anymore.
I make them when I have someone who can't
eat eggs for breakfast but have not tried a
vegan version before.

My husband has AS, and we
eat a lot like you — mostly
vegan, with some wild - caught fish and some pastured / organic
eggs.
If you no longer
eat eggs but have a craving for the retro classic, deviled
eggs, you'll really enjoy these deviled tomatoes — a completely
