Donate blood, improve mineral status including iodine, get more
phospholipids (
egg yolks, liver) and less oil & cream, and add more starches and fruits.
I think if you benefit from it it suggests you are probably deficient in a number of other
phospholipids to, eg phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylinositol, phosphatidylethanolamine, and would benefit by eating
phospholipid rich foods like liver, brain, marrow, and
egg yolks.
