egg ratio such as one of previous commenters did.
I don't think you will need another moistener in the recipe because the buttermilk and
egg ratio works great.

Usually if they don't set it's because your cream cheese to
egg ratio is off — with enough egg they will set up just fine.
I also have a texture - based aversion to regular egg salad and I agree that the mayo - to -
egg ratio is key.
Even when the process works, a high sperm - to -
egg ratio is required, the opposite of what occurs in the body.
