I wonder if you could dry out
egg shells and then grind them in a coffee grinder to a fine
powder.
Wash the
shell from an organic
egg and then dry it in the oven at 325 degrees for about five minutes (which will also kill bacteria) and then grind it into a fine
powder in a food processor.
Powdered egg shell is also an excellent source of calcium.
Examples are carbonates or calcium citrate and even
egg shells crushed into fine
powders.
Whole
eggs include
shells but is not hard to digest when they are made a very fine
powder.
