Using two different
egg substitutes seemed to help, and I was even able to reduce the margarine by 1/3.

I am 95 % vegan but have held onto the liquid
egg substitutes because so many baked goods
seem to need the volume they provide.
These cookies sound great, and all the reviews
seem really good but I'm nervous that these will come out crumbly because there isn't really an
egg substitute in the recipe (not that I can tell).
