My adjustment was coconut flour instead of almond and use only half of almond flour, coconut whipped cream instead of heavy cream, only
egg yoke instead of whole egg.
In a medium sized bowl,
combine egg yokes, salt, powdered honey, cornstarch and flour.
My son also had a major vomiting reaction from the two times I
tried egg yokes.
I recommend several raw eggs particularly
raw egg yokes a day in order to help with mental performance.

Add
the egg yoke and mix well.
To Heidi regarding making the cake denser: Leave out the whipping cream and use 1 cup of the sour cream and add 2
egg yokes.
The sour cream and
egg yokes will make the cake more dense:)
I know chicken is fully cooked at that temp so why wouldn't two
egg yokes be??

Add the unrefined brown sugar and the zest of two limes to
the egg yokes.
Take
the egg yoke mixture out of the fridge and whisk in the lime juice and the Cachaça, then add the gelatine or agar agar and combine everything thoroughly.
Separate the eggs into two mixing bowls, one bowl with the egg white and
the egg yokes in the other.
Whip
the egg yokes with sugar until creamy, about 10 minutes.
