lot of eggs in our house (3 growing boys and on a budget), so more
recipes like this are welcomed.
A
lot of candied nuts
recipes require
egg whites and / or baking
in the oven, which, for me, sounds like a bit
of a hassle.
The reintroduction
of eggs alone has made things a
lot easier
in the realm
of baking, which brings us to today's
recipe.
In a

I have a
lot of recipes which suggest adding a lightly loosened
egg whites before churning, to make a lighter texture, but I've noticed
in The Perfect Scoop that you don't do this.
I don't see a
lot of point to choosing a
recipe that would never have gluten
in it anyway, like scrambled
eggs, but a gluten - free pancake
recipe, now that could be useful
in my opinion.
In the past, I've made other Paleo / grain free chocolate cake
recipes but they either call for 9
eggs or a
lot of almond flour.

recipe in half as it makes quite a

I am lactose and
egg intolerant so was keen to try out this
recipe but I'm super disappointed with the result: (The bread is quite dense and raw
in a
lot of places even though I cooked it for double the time suggested (because every time I checked with a skewer it came out wet).
