I have been making
elderberry syrup for years now.
The only other supplement I give on a very regular basis is
Elderberry Syrup for enhanced protection from colds, the flu, and other common illnesses.
The unique and complex flavor of elderberries also makes this syrup a great ingredient in certain recipes and I've made an elderberry panna cotta by substituting
elderberry syrup for the sweetener in recipes.
