As a result of Minnich's leadership, state education agencies are now better positioned to support their schools and districts, to

I am also a member of Educators for Excellence - a teacher - led organization based in six chapters across the country that works to
elevate teacher voice in policy.
Teacher leadership is about increasing pathways and opportunities for teachers to exercise leadership,
elevating teacher voice to inform and develop policy and practice and expanding existing efforts to steer systemic improvements to benefit student learning.
By
elevating teacher voices, administrators will not only gain a more nuanced understanding of the PD methods that benefit students — but they'll also cultivate buy - in from teachers who have more to gain from personalized PD.
