I love
the eliptical machine at the gym and just taking a long walk with my dog, he helps me walk a bit faster to keep my heart rate up.
At the gym I am going on my lunch and doing 30 - 45 mins fat burning and cardio on
the eliptical machine then after work I go and do my weights / resistance for 1 hour.
I cut back on exercise and stuck with Sprint 8 as either a running protocol or
an eliptical protocol (rare).
I didn't warm up enough today and I was concentrating on traffic and learning the handling of the bike but my HR shot up a lot quicker than when I run or cross train on

I have been walking on a treadmill & using
the eliptical machine 5x a week and crunches & leg lifts & push ups 6x a week!
Introducing light exercise into my routine has still been fairly new as of late because I absolutely wanted to get the eating portion of the program down but I am just enjoying life and even if it is a small walk with my two dogs, interval training on
my eliptical or a walk on my treadmill while I watch tv.
Why do I see so many fat people at the gym struggling on
the eliptical, because that's what their doctor AND trainer have instructed them to do in order to «lose weight.»
I do HIIT on
the eliptical,: 30 seconds at the highest resistance pushing as hard as I can, then 2 minutes slow jog until I've done the high resistance 8 times.
after i finish my HIIT on
an eliptical trainer, should i be cooling down or does that interfere with the epoc process and thus burn less fat afterwards?
