Such a shame I remember Cazorla saying Diaby is on another level to everyone
else in the squad.
of course, if diaby is fit then i would rather have him in the dm role instead of flam and anyone
else in the squad for that matter
Not his present achievements like Ozil & Sanchez etc, to be fair the reason why nobody really cares about them is because it took him almost 6 years to late to get on the high priced players bandwagon and even when he did, hes still trying to mix the new rules with his old dead rules by keeping people like Flamini, letting per lead the defence without a backup and he seems to forget these players are OLD they are more susceptible to fatigue than anyone
else in the squad thats why when you look at our games, after the second half its only our attackers that still look lively!
But when people are saying we should sign X-player who contributed well last season while playing every single game for «depth» sure, on paper it looks great, but a lot of players hit patches of form that may not necessarily be given that opportunity here, as there may be someone
else in the squad who hits the ground running and contributes straight away... If Coquelin, Arteta, Flamini, Wilshere, Ramsey, AOC, Ozil, Cazorla, Rosicky are all fit and firing, I think you're sorely mistaken if you think anything but a truly world - class midfielder would be looking at those names and not potentially evaluating their first - team opportunities.
There's nobody
else in the squad who rallies the troops (Perhaps Cazorla when he's fit) and this is the main problem.

in the team and this includes Giroud.

squad, especially after selling Walcott, Giroud and Gabriel already

in line to go out the door?
We're NOT linked now with anyone
else and that's a worrying thing
in itself, I personally really don't think Walcott is good enough to play that striker role and I know I'll get roundly «thumbed down» for this but its how I feel about the boy he's good but NOT as good as he thinks he is and it annoys me that theres a possibility that all the toing and froing around his contract may be stopping us from signing a top notch striker (and I DO NT think Martinez is this) I do feel that AW will opt for the cheap and second rate options again and this will also include not buying a striker and putting Walcott
in this role, meanwhile all our rivals will be putting strong established players into the positions where they need to bull up their
squads we are not well known for doing this and its not going to happen now, which is infuriating as this is the right time to break that mould and go for it!!

Besides several teams who have questions surrounding one or possibly two players, there is no
squad that has so many issues heading into the final week of the transfer window... even Monaco, who have lost numerous players from their starting 11 have less controversy swirling
in and around their club and they have champion's league play to contend with this season... just think of how ridiculous this situation is especially considering that we have had the same manager for over 20 years... no team should be better organized than ours... if nothing
else, that should be the one advantage this team holds over all others, yet the exact opposite has occurred... this fact is even more disturbing considering the main argument against removing Wenger from his managerial position was that there was no suitable replacement and that people feared some sort of perceived drop - off if a new manager was brought into the mix... based on what we've witnessed since the time of his contract renewal a monkey with a magic eight ball could have done an adequate job... I hate to make jokes,
in light of our current dilemma, but this team is so screwed up if I don't laugh about it, the only plausible response is to either cry or do something incredibly destructive... just look around this
squad and try to see what our delusional manager sees that allow him to make such positive statements about our current team
wenger needs to build a golden idol
in the shape of ozil @ no10 statue and make everyone
in the
squad bow down before it to make ozil feel special again and he will be rocking and rolling again wengers first commandment will be play ozil @ no10 only no where
else, command no 2 build the whole arsenal attack around ozil only at no 10, ozil is the future of our attacking play along with wilshere and ramsey controlling midfield
in box 2 box roles along with a worldy d / m
in front of back 4.
Let's face it goalkeepers tend to march to the beat of a different drum and Szczesny certainly fell into that category, but most of his antics were relatively harmless and simply reflected a certain level of immaturity that isn't uncommon for someone thrust into the limelight at such a young age... lord knows we've seen that happen with numerous players throughout the years and very few were ever banished for such behaviour... the only on - field action that drove me crazy was his inability to take a deep breath and not try to rush the play with an ill - timed throw at certain points
in the game when common sense suggested holding the ball and slowing things down... the fact that he continued to do this probably had a lot to do with the glaring lack of coaching time spent with the goalkeepers... ultimately he made the fateful decision to take his frustrations out into the public sphere and paid dearly for it...
in the end, his services were wanted by several of the best Italian
squads, which is significant considering the historical importance placed on the defensive side of the ball
in Serie A... all I know is that if someone asked me to pick the most athletically gifted goalkeeper we have had
in our
squad since the arrival of Wenger, without hesitation, he would be my pick and for that reason his departure is more than a little disappointing... what
else is new though

squad then earned more points then anybody
in the 2nd half of the season.

squad even when I have injuries it's easy just put out the rest of the
squad and play them out of position I mean I'd take 8mil to do that oxlade at lwb kolansinac at cb elneny cm holding rcb there's no work of a manager there just put
in players were others ain't ready to play then buy nobody
else and do interviews with the same excuses job done next game change some ppl around but same ppl that came 5th then sell Alexis do interviews same excuses job done transfer window closes fans wish they never supported arsenal wenger laughing to the bank job done

in extra hundreds of millions of Dollars to the Clubs kitty; TV Rights and Revenues; More sponsors;, advertising Contracts — especially
in a World Cup year if you are
in CL — and so many myriad avenues for raking
in the moolah if you are the EPL Champion and Europa Cup winner and are
in the CL and a small matter of having high - profile players or hugely talented stars / starlets
in your
squad — it will attract the big ad - spenders to the Club like nothing
else does.
Yes we bought a striker
in Lacazette for # 52m & a Left Back
in Kolasnic at the start of the window to give the fans hope of a new approach to the transfer market — but somehow nothing

else to the
squad, which enhance the
squad, money is not a issue no more like 3 - 4 years ago, why not
in one go fix the
squad, get the average 20 + goals striker (ok got laca), get the beast of DM or the strong defensive leader

I think that's what Southgate's concern with him is, and he's
in complete right / control to exclude Theo from a
squad, and give a chance to someone
else.
The season before last 14 15 we did better with the points than last season even though we came second from last season we know we conceded many goals from set pieces and were very short on goal scoring the logic of this season was to fix the defensive department and the offensive department by introducing a defender to reduce the amount of goals conceded unless holding is to be the man we havent us of yet fixed the problem on the offensive department we all know the only offensive player is chuba apkom well
else we have not addressed the problem so
in reality I do not except Arsenal to finish the season with more than 70 points and personally think minimum point required to win the premier league is 85 points have we got that
in our
squad it will remain to be seen if chuba and holding are enough for a key to unlock the season we will soon find out but I think MR wenger is gambling with the introduction of new manageress which lives us with Liverpool and Leicester and who will take the points off united chelsea and city the next 6 games should give us the indication to what may happen to the long run for the new year
be honest 2 - 0 down to juventus
in turin — what happens - arsenal - capitulate 3 4 5 any number we did it against far weaker than juve there
squad against ours — dembele is big up on what we have but everywhere
else?
