I filed myself, have received the accepting
email about the refund and I know exactly what day I filed.
I then called them and they finally picked up, and said that they would contact me via
email about my refund.

about their policy, their customer service was acceptional and was fast with responses, a few minutes after my request they had

My understanding, at least in my state, although I am not a lawyer this is not legal advise, is that if it is written in
email that there is a contract
about them
refunding that money... although I am curious why there was an
email exchange in the first place
