Instead of paying, and waiting, for a programmer to fix a bug on your website, change the font in
your email body or even do some major troubleshooting on your product, you can do those tasks on your own.
The idea is to set expectations right about what the customer can expect in
the email body and also position your product based on the needs of your prospect.
Make it as specific as you can — and say it twice within
the email body.
Pasting Into

The email body should be divided into three conventional paragraphs and the letter's length is typically slightly shorter than a regular cover letter.
The Email Body can just develop an interest in your HR's mind about you, however, the Resume and Cover Letter will validate your words and speak for your experience.
Email bodies should include plenty of white space, and information that is shared with subheads and bullet points for easy scanning.
