Marci — I have been trying to get a number so I can talk with someone —
the email thing is getting old and they just keep repeating themselves and do not address my issues or requests.
It was tempting to do
the email thing, but I didn't.
(In the tone of Ms. Frizzle from The Magic Schoolbus): o) P.S. I'll work on
that email thing - a-ma-jig option soon!
We are totally lame about writing to our kids... I had NO idea about
the email thing!
And they'd sent
me this email thing that said something about being an e-ticket and assigning me a seat number and I thought ooooh, how lovely and simple, none of that faffing on line to check - in stuff like you have to do with Jetstar, how clever of Virgin!
