The front of these two rows consists only of an aisle and middle seat; there is no window seat on this row, as it would impede access to the exit in case of an emergency.

Seat 10 F is a standard Main Cabin Extra seat that has extra legroom due to the exit row, however the emergency slide protrudes into your space so you will need to angle your legs to fully stretch them out.

The only drawback is that due to the emergency exit (and thus extra legroom) the row in front is far from this seat, which means that the PTV is also far from you and the headphones provided by Lufthansa lack enough wire for you to enjoy the IFE with the seat reclined.
