There was plenty of discussion about the impact of marriage equality on capital gains exclusions and title insurance decisions, but the roughly 150 attendees at the half - day continuing education class sponsored by the Cincinnati Area Board of REALTORS ® gained an even deeper understanding of
the emotional meaning of the landmark decision when the lead plaintiff in the case, Jim Obergefell, opened the session by sharing the personal journey that has turned him into a national civil rights hero for many.
His primary role was to offer an understanding of

What's less talked about is the
emotional journey, which
means that a lot
of us are stepping off the map, and heading into uncharted territory.
On one hand, dealing with a bank instead
of a homeowner
means you don't have to worry about
emotional attachments to the home influencing the decision.
In an already volatile and
emotional market, this
means that trust becomes directly proportional to the technical capabilities
of one platform.
How to Make a Massive Action Plan — A MAP goes goes beyond goal setting; it changes the

The research
of scientists like José Delgado into the ways in which mental and
emotional processes can be produced, controlled, or modified by electrical and chemical
means raises profound practical questions about the possible use and misuse
of such powers.
Sometimes I think the church (read: the institution, «Christianity Incorporated») is afraid
of what everyone else would think if they stripped themselves
of the artificial crap, if they stopped — for all practical purposes — encouraging other to lie about their
emotional state (which, by extension,
means they're encouraging others to SIN).
Which
means that obedience is not based on the recognition
of wisdom, not based on understanding, and not based on
emotional consent, you are required to have the blind obedience
of a slave.
If God possesses even
emotional attributes that humans possess, it all
of a sudden would
mean that God had biological needs, since emotions are important for the performance and life
