Unfortunately, there is no way to effectively state on your resume that
your employer is shady and failing to send a paycheck without casting yourself in a negative light as well.

shady, might fire you for another excuse like claiming that you have a poor attitude or you
are late or didn't properly clock in correctly and, unfortunately, I have seen this happen too often.
If, for instance, you have
been fired from a job, have a
shady background, or can not hold relationships well, a prospective
employer does not need to know.
