You'll need to
enable Reachability feature from Settings - > General - > Accessibility - > Reachability.
Once
you enable Reachability, you activate it by swiping down on the bottom of the iPhone X display.

Reachability can be
enabled in Settings and accessed by swiping downwards on the bar at the bottom of the display.
