I haven't
encountered a bug in this game yet and I bought it when it came out and it has only crashed for me once.
In recent weeks Ubisoft have been bombarded with by fans after Assassins Creed Unity and Far Cry 4 were released after players
encountered bugs in both games that ranged from frame rate drops, to saved data becoming corrupted and unplayable.

Fans might remember the infamous save
bug that was tied to the amount of playtime you had

game, and after having spent a considerable amount of time with the Switch version, I haven't really
encountered such
game breaking
bugs so far.

Throughout my time with it I never
encountered a single
bug or major technical problem, making it one of the polished
games I've played
in a while.
There are occasionally a few minor graphical issues
in the
game as well, such as textures not loading straight away, the camera not focusing quite where it should be
in conversations, or the quite humourous
bug that I
encountered where Shepard's head rotated on the spot like something out of The Exorcist.
I didn't
encounter any of the terrible
bugs that the
game is apparently plagued with, and with that said,
in my own experience, Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric is a playable enough
game, but with some issues which spoil the fun.
However, reports are coming
in that Batman Arkham Origins is filled with
bugs and glitches, although I did personally
encounter some of these
bugs that has been mentioned, none of them broke my
game in any way.
However amidst all the
bugs and crashes I
encountered, I noticed there is just something so enjoyable about this
game that I can see myself spending hours
in it.
Combat can viably be completely different
in every single
encounter, if you've got the creativity
bug like I do for this
game.
No, there weren't any
game breaking
bugs or server issues (
in fact, I've only ever
encountered one issue
in the
game and a GM fixed the situation within 5 minutes.)
The
game is
in need of its day one patch (which was not live as of the time of this writing) to address the multitude of crashes and
bugs that I've
encountered over the course of my journey,
in addition to the threat of save corruption that lurks around the corner each time that dreaded blue crash screen rears its ugly head.
A couple of players responded saying that they, too, had
encountered the
bug and that it was preventing them from progressing
in the
game properly.
Worst of all,
in our playthrough we
encountered a
game - crashing
bug three different times, which required us to do a hard - reset of the Wii U system.
I'm not going to sit here and pretend like I never
encountered an issue — after all, blowing
in NES cartridges was practically a staple of my childhood — but my paranoia fueled brain had never been sick with concerns over
game breaking
bugs.
Keep
in mind that I've not found any reports on the Internet about the
bugs I
encountered, they might show themselves because I used the same save
games between different versions, and I have tested a few early levels from scratch and did not
encountered the

game bugs.
If DarkViperAU hadn't gotten his tire blown off and
encountered the bizarre
bug that kept him from getting into the truck after failing the first time, no matter how many times he reset, his ensuing world record would have been a significant milestone
in the
game's speedrunning history.
A delay is a difficult decision, particularly with this
game, but we have
encountered more
bugs than anticipated while
in the final stages of development.
