food for days after arriving home.
Call it stoner
food or comfort
food, but at the
end of the day, it's the type of stuff you don't just respect but
crave.
If you have
cravings that are just totally out of the normal, annoyingly so even, your kid just very well may
end up being annoying in the womb, wanting all those
food combinations, but also annoying AF outside of the womb!
Food for thought: A 2007 study found that women who tried to quit thinking about chocolate
ended up eating 50 percent more than those who were encouraged to talk about their
cravings.
The body wants to increase tamas, slow down, and rest, so it makes sense that the body would
crave heavy qualities from comfort
foods at the
end of the day to stabilize and replenish.
Adding these
foods to your diet will help you control hunger and
cravings, so you'll
end up eating less.
In fact, I don't recommend prohibiting certain
foods you love because you'll just
end up binging on it or
craving it later anyway.

Not only do you
end up eating more, but you also
crave the wrong
foods and tend to be less physically active if you're not getting enough sleep.
For low fat diet, I would not recommend you to do anything unsustainable because even if you lose weight eating low fat, when your diet gets super mundane and you can not sustain it, you'll probably
crave fatty
foods and gain all your weights back (plus if low fat diet was the answer, wouldn't everyone's struggle on weight
ended in the 80s?)
People often tell us that they have a sweet tooth and that they
crave sweet
foods especially at the
end of the day.
