One thing that the campaigns do right, however, is how they
end: once you've completed a campaign you're given the option to transform it into a Free
Play game, allowing you to just keep
playing with all of the
resources you worked so hard to acquire.
I bought my deluxe WiiU brand new from a local retail store and it was really expensive (I had to save for almost 2), I got one of those awful gamepads that stop working just at the
end of the year (I
played 2 times a week for 3 or 5 hours at much and I handled it with extreme care for that piece of junk, bought electrical protection and all) I don't have the money or
resources to replace it so instead I bought the other less expensive controller, I bought the MarioMaker because it stated it could be
played with other controllers but once started it I found out that the gamepad is required and the software closes, I asked for assistance and they replied to me that the game needed the gamepad for building but not for
playing.
This is a nice touch and your progress is limited whilst still
playing the tutorial missions because you need more regions liberated to get enough
resources to level up your power and it means that at the
end of it (which I haven't finished yet) you will be at a similar level to all the other recent graduates and won't feel underpowered going into the PVP arenas or PVE missions.
