The factors that impair weight loss success include various medications (beta blockers, some pain medication, insulin, some seizure medication), iodine deficiency,
endocrine disruption from industrial chemicals (e.g., triclosan in hand sanitizers and hand soap), marginal hypothyroidism, and others.
For over a decade, EPA has ignored the vast wealth of information on
endocrine disruption from independent academic researchers funded by the United States and other governments in Europe and Asia.

In 1996, the EPA assembled its own task force, the
Endocrine Disruption Screening and Testing Advisory Committee (EDSTAC), comprised of representatives
from industry, government, environmental and public health groups, worker safety groups, and academia.

endocrine disruption, allergies, immune - toxicity, organ toxicity, and biochemical changes.
The chemicals most people are using to clean their homes are insanely toxic and have a whole host of detrimental health effects associated with them ranging anywhere
from skin sensitivity,
endocrine disruption (read hormone issues), to cancer and even death.
Increasing studies are linking chemicals in everyday products to a wide range of serious health problems —
from cancer, reproductive harm, and
endocrine disruption, to learning disabilities, developmental problems, and infertility.
And there is an obvious epidemic of
endocrine disruption and I don't think it's just
from modern eating habits and dieting.
And not just women's health issues and
endocrine disruption, which we'll get into, but everything
from cancers and heart disease and metabolic diseases, as I mentioned earlier, to autism and learning disabilities, behavioral problems, infertility, thyroid problems.
Hair loss occurs when there is a
disruption in the growth of hair follicles; most commonly
from infection, trauma, secondary to immune disease, nutritional abnormalities, or
endocrine system abnormalities, like hypothyroidism or Cushing's disease.
This simple term can obscure hinky substances tied to myriad health problems,
from allergies to
endocrine disruption.
