I would suggest that
endomorphs avoid any heavy weight lifting and HIIT, because this will just make them bigger.

Since the
endomorphs» relation with insulin is always troubled, you should
avoid sugary and starchy carbohydrates, eat healthy fats in moderation, eat a lot of lean meats and vegetables rich in phytonutrients.
That's why
endomorphs should
avoid fast - digesting simple carbs which will make your insulin and blood sugar levels go through the roof.
If you are an
endomorph and need to lose some weight, you should
avoid at all costs, rice or pasta, white bread, sweet cereals, cookies, and cakes.
If you are an
endomorph and noticed your legs getting bigger from running, I would

avoid spinning / cycling because it will make your legs bigger and more muscular.

avoid it alltogether or is there any exercise that works on muscles for
endomorphs but not make it bulky?
