After reading some of the comments here, I see there are a lot of
endomorphs like me that can't eat too many carbs and loose weight at the same time.
For instance, a skinny hardgainer needs more calories and a higher carbohydrate base than
an endomorph like myself who has a slower metabolism.
a lot of this is exaggerated I've been doing it a while and i love it but his 3 excersise deal is good if
your a endomorph like him I do each part once a week just doing rows leaves me with not much soreness or feel.
