seems to fluctuate with my diet (sounds like mesomorph) but I also have heavier bottom (sounds like
endomorph).
There's a lot of things I want to apply to my workout and diet:) I've been on a diet + workout routine from the beginning of September and according to your blog post, it
seems like I'm an
