Those climbers will then remain permanently at the
far end of the ribbon, just below the deployment booster, to serve as a counterweight.
With right sides facing, place the two square pieces on top of each other with the
folded end of the ribbon sandwiched in between allowing the cut ends to stick out a bit.
Balloon Game Attach a ribbon to a helium filled balloon and then tie
the end of the ribbon around your baby's ankle, so when she moves her ankle, the balloon will move.
Tie a knot in the middle of the ribbon (in the can) as well as at
the ends of the ribbon, to prevent the ribbon from being pulled all the way out.
Step 6: Place
the end of the ribbon on the top of the pumpkin and press the U wire into the end, all the way into the pumpkin.

Don't be fooled by that uptick at
the end of the ribbon.
Hot glue
the end of the ribbon to the wreath form and secure it with a few pins to ensure it's stays put as you begin wrapping.
Now all you need to do is finish by looping your ribbon through the center of the wreath and gluing
the end of the ribbon to the back of the hanging part of the ribbon.
Next, I added the ribbon, and hot glued
the ends of the ribbon to secure it in place.
You'll also need to turn
the end of the ribbon over just a bit and at an angle before sewing.
Using a needle and thread, I made a running stitch along one
end of the ribbon to gather it into a ruffle.
Knot one
end of ribbon; thread other end through darning needle.
Then glue the glittery snowflake to the ribbon covering the seam where
the ends of the ribbon meet.
I did — all through the house and when I came to
the end of that ribbon, there in a basket was a precious collie puppy with a bright red bow around his neck!
Next I folded my fabric in half and then I simply placed
the end of the ribbon on the crease of the fabric and pressed my finger down firmly on it to hold it in place.
STEP THREE: Optional but I think it made a big difference... cut
the ends of all your ribbons in a V.
Attach safety pin to one
end of ribbon and pull gently through pocket.
Use straight pins to secure
the end of the ribbon on each spool.
The nice thing about wired is that then you can shape
the ends of the ribbons how you want them and they will stay.
