With a sharp knife, slice off approximately 1 inch from
both ends of each tortilla.

the end of the tortilla nearest you, over the meat and roll away from you as tight as you can around the row of meat, secure with a toothpick and place on baking sheet.

the end of the tortilla closest to you over fillings, then wrap the sides inward.
Keeping
the ends of the tortillas dry and crispy is a good tip!
Working with 1 tortilla at a time, place tortilla on a flat work surface; spoon 1/4 cup chicken mixture onto 1
end of tortilla.
Place 2 tablespoons of the cheese at
the end of each tortilla and then spoon some of the beef and bean mixture over the top.
Roll forward to
end of tortilla.
Add 2 tablespoons cheese to one
end of tortilla; roll and place seam side down in baking dish.
