The real jewel
in the crown
in Obliteracers is it's multiplayer, it is definitely geared more to be a party game than a racing game with the full pack of racers being followed at one
time, this
gives it an arena feel rather than an actual straight up racing game, you still have to try and lead the pack (at
times) although that's only to knock other racers out as the main aim is to destroy your
enemy, within multiplayer you can customize your game to suit your preferences from turning certain or all weapons off, reversed controls, ice skating which is an extremely slippery track speed boosts etc etc, i'd liked to have listed them all
in this review but with so many you'll have to take a look yourself.

-- Nintendo previously made Zelda games by making small areas and connecting them together — For Breath of the Wild, the team first had to figure out what needed to be placed on the map — Groups were created out of the over 300 devs to work on specific sections of the world — Game Informer's demo starts at Serenne Stable — Yammo runs this place — Link can rest
in bed and restore health here — Stable also lets you store horses, meet with merchants, NPCs — Stables are located throughout the world — Each one is run by a distinct character — You can spend rupees on a more expensive bed,
giving you an extra heart the next morning — These hearts are yellow and can't be recovered if you're hit
in combat — Spending
time by fires
in the world passes
time — Dynamic weather system
in the game, with the world reacting as a result — Ex: when it starts raining, NPCs outside the stable quickly go inside — Beedle is back to sell you goods — Have to be careful during a thunderstorm, since your metal items can attract thunder — Metal weapons and shields can be discarded or thrown at
enemies — Link can get killed by lightning — Difficulty dips / spikes depending on where you are, since you can go around it and avoid it until you're stronger — Over 100 Shrines — You can find an item that identifies Shrines — Discover a Shrine for it to be a fast - travel point — Shrines also
give a Spirit Orb — Trade
in orbs for unknown items — Dedicated team handled animal A.I. — Bears, wolves, deer move through the snow — You can get overwhelmed by
enemies quickly — Link can keep multiple horses at a
time — Affection / loyalty important with horses — Feed and take care of horses to raise their stats — Can call horses over to you, but horses need to be within a certain proximity to be called — Horses can be killed by
enemies — Aonuma «wanted players to choose their own path», so no companion character
in this game — Stamina meter encopasses sprinting, paragliding, climbing — Meter can be upgraded, but Nintendo won't say how — Different shields have different speeds and level of control for snowboarding — Can mine rocks which can be solid for rupees or used for crafting — Can place stamps to mark areas of interest — 100 of these symbols can be used on the map, including sword, shield, bow and arrow, pot, star, chest, skull, leaf, diamond — Every style of weapon has a unique set of animations and feel different — No invincible weapons
in the game, Nintendo says — Zelda can get mad at you and scold you — Players can see the ending without seeing everything from the story — A certain element was added
in the game to make for a more cohesive storyline — Most difficult Zelda game to make — Aonuma is still finding new things
in the world

The
enemies in each mission are
given a set level, much
in the same way
enemies are
in an MMORPG, and while the game only opens up new missions a couple at a
time, it is possible for you to take on a mission that is above your level, and if you're a casual shooter player it make the going too tough for you.
The first is mission mode, which

Space Invaders Color (again, 1978) was the first
time the game was released
in full color, though the trick the developers used to turn each row of
enemies a certain color looks an awful lot like the bands of cellophane used earlier, as a
given row on the screen always turns the objects inside it the same color.

Frog Switches have been moved to earlier points
in the level (sometimes so they're right underneath the vortex you enter from),

Using a sort of bullet -
time slow motion feature, the video shows us that Raiden has the ability to take his
time with precise slices,
giving the player control over a geometrical plane that shows the exact angle of the cut, and allowing them to execute slashes with extreme precision — cutting limbs of of
enemies in mid air, and even slicing a melon into increasingly smaller pieces.
However one small gripe with the combat is with the
enemies, as they seem to be somewhat dumbed down for some reason and can easily be manipulated, although this can not be said about the boss battles you encounter which will
give you some challenge and sometimes it might even take you out a few
times before you finally manage to take it down, but this is why the Tales games combat is so appreciated because once you do something that takes some effort you feel so rewarded once you pull it off which is not always standard
in today's JRPGs
in my mind.
Additionally, power ups will also appear from
time to
time, allowing the androids to gather added firepower, speed up their movement to get the jump on foes, and be able to freeze

By killing
enemies using one turret and keeping a high combo score, the action bar fills up,
gives commanders an edge
in battle by allowing them to use a portion of it or the entire bar to summon the team's hero for a limited
time, or use special attack barrages to cause huge damage to
enemy units.
It's not too empowering though, the window is brief and some
enemy attacks will smash you to the floor,
giving you no chance of retaliating
in time.
Everything
in the game leading up to the bosses are not all that complicated, the puzzles should be somewhat easy at most
times and the
enemies you encounter shouldn't
give you too much frustration, however once you encounter the boss the entire game difficulty changes radically and the size of the bosses also helps put the overall difficulty
in perspective.
At the
time, the industry was saturated with first person shooters, so it may come as no surprise that this flew under the radar for many consumers; however those who
gave it a shot found a surprisingly fast - paced, albeit criminally short campaign with an interest gimmick that encouraged players to express their creativity
in how they killed
enemies.
