The biggest complaint that I have for Operations is that many times players don't realize just how much access the
enemy has to their
spawn area.
When you have four waves of
enemies spawning simultaneously all over the map, many times your focus will be on different
areas of the battlefield and those cubes despawn after 30 seconds, meaning you miss vital resources and can't construct more towers.
There are some solid missions in there, with 1 mission involving Uzi wielding Ninja's and being fired upon by an Atomic Submarine and many other missions are fun, but they're almost all let down but terrible checkpoint placement often forcing you trudge back through piles of
enemies again and again, along with this the
spawning enemies grow frsutrating as they often
spawn behind you in
area's you've just cleaned out leading to some irritating fights.
Towards the end of level you get to a large open courtyard where
enemies will just keep
spawning until you close the doors letting them into the
area.
The goal of each mission is to defeat the
enemies that have
spawn in the
area, and occasionally find the plot related objects or
areas relayed in the briefing.
Tests of Faith and
enemy spawns are randomised to some degree, but often after multiple playthroughs of each
area, you are more likely to see the same patterns over and over and your time with the game becomes extremely monotonous.
not enough weapons and attachments games maps etc, the snipers are ridiculously overpowered but the scopes are useless theres virtually no recoil on assault rifles so people spray you from far away you get
spawn killed over and over again because each
spawn has like 2 exits so
enemy snipers lock them down also on the mission based online mode defending is pointless out of about 30 games i think the defenders won once or twice as theres so many
areas for
enemy snipers that you get pinged almost right away.
The game loves to splatter the environment with blood, and as more players enter the game even more
enemies spawn, plus even more if it's set to a harder difficulty so it doesn't take long for one
area to become covered in blood.

These zones are drop - in / drop - out multiplayer
areas where you can roam around killing the
enemies that
spawn in the
area or pick up random mini missions from the mission markers dotting the zones.
This aspect of the gameplay is quite like the Dynasty Warriors style experiences,
enemies will
spawn as you enter
areas and you can only progress once you have defeated them all.

area, but it was absolutely barebones - hotspots to launch you into different
areas and a Cinderella's Castle

areas in the game, the underground and the overground, the overground is where you send your creatures in order to progress the mission — up here you control your creatures like a real - time strategy game (RTS), you can select all of them or just a few, command them to attack
enemy units, take over mining
areas or destroy hero
spawning camps.
Kill an
enemy enough times and that
enemy will no longer
spawn, eventually leaving you an empty
area.
Direct Strike puts players on either side of a tactical tug - of - war and requires players to
spawn enemies into the staging
area before sending them in waves towards the
enemy.
A lots of
enemies are
spawning in this
area on the road.
Making it to a new open
area locks you in, and wave after wave of
enemy will
spawn until you kill them all, opening up the next
area.
From a hub
area with loot stores and a build - a-wang workshop (aka the crafting blacksmith), you select missions from a map screen and transport out to self - contained, non-linear locations populated by procedural
enemy spawns.
Each
area is like a stage,
enemies spawning in the same location.
These titular portals open up unpredictably across the world,
spawning in hordes of
enemies or gigantic bosses and forcing every player in the
area to band together in order to repel the demonic attacks.
These matches often had
enemy players literally inking up the
area around the one and only
spawn point, creating a situation where your maneuverability is at a frustrating disadvantage right from the get - go.
Five
enemies will
spawn really close together in this
area.
Enemies continuously
spawn from new
areas in this mode and the longer you survive, the fewer resources such as ammo and weapons will be at your disposal.
The game does not surprise you with random
spawns after you clear an
area, which is a drawback as it relaxes the tense feeling of being in
enemy territory.
