Creating Effective Home and School Partnerships for Student Success focuses on helping educational leaders develop and sustain effective family
engagement strategies that unite the
efforts of school staff, families and community members.
He is identifying the data needed for the planning process including enrollment, school sites, facilities, and funding;
creating a timeline; assessing the feasibility of completing a master plan for bond election scenarios; identifying key participants in the planning
effort; and identifying community
engagement tools.

created a management organization and Superintendent John Deasy, who pledged «to collaborate with the parents and students of 24th Street by implementing the necessary reform
