I wanted to make something special to
enjoy with this award - winning Sonoma Coast wine, so I created this fantastic recipe for Slow Cooker Honey Roasted
Mixed Nuts.
I used about 2/3 of the raisins and
nuts and 2/3 of almond flour with 1/3 of a gluten free whole flour
mix I made, with a few shakes of coconut sugar
mixed in with the agave and my family is
enjoying this cake immensely.

We've been
enjoying these all summer with the addition of some salted
nuts in the
mix.
However, I did use Justin's almond butter and
enjoyed the texture but added a tablespoon of warm almond milk to help thin it out and omitted the
nut meal (but
mixed in 1 - 2 tablespoons of chopped almonds, instead).
Enjoy our fruit wines chilled, as an accompaniment to various entrees and desserts, served with your favorite dried fruit,

A trail
mix is usually a mixture of
nuts and dried fruits which was originally
enjoyed by trekkers, campers and walkers.
However, I also regularly
enjoy mugcakes, pancake
mixes, bars,
nut butters, and snacks with added protein.
Slather lots of butter or ghee on your lightly steamed broccoli, Caesar Salad dressing on your
mixed green salads (loaded also with soft - boiled egg, cheeses,
nuts, etc.), and
enjoy some Panna Cotta made from fresh cream and a little bit of honey or maple syrup and topped with fresh berries.
Blend for a good 30 - 45 seconds so that everything is very well
mixed,
enjoy in a glass or bowl, as is or topped with seeds,
nuts, fresh fruit or granola!

(both are purchased from Wild Oats and are organic products) It seems that the soy
nuts would be a good addition to the
mix of RAW meat, veges, eggs, supplements and honey that I
mix up and they are
enjoying right now.
