The screen is vibrant with respectable viewing angles,
with enough brightness to remain visible in bright sunlight.
The display itself is pretty good, with adequate resolution to make it sharp, and
good enough brightness to be visible in most situations.
This backlighting provides
just enough brightness to barely illuminate the fonts and key borders so they're easier to find in any lighting condition.
Our initial impression from the IPS display is that the colours are nice and vibrant, but with so much screen real estate, there's not
quite enough brightness to keep things punchy in strong sunlight.
There are also some inexpensive TVs that support 4K and HDR, but that don't produce
enough brightness for your eyes to discern HDR.
