enough color saturation, and degraded significantly with Viewing Angle.

In fact, just about everything we typically check for when evaluating displays passed muster and then some:
color saturation was great, the contrast was sharp, and the brightness — when cranked up as high as it can go — is
enough to make your eyes water.
As if the switch to an OLED panel was not already
enough, Apple is also debuting its True Tone display technology on the iPhone X. First seen on the 9.7 - inch iPad Pro, the OLED display will automatically change its
color saturation and white point depending on the ambient lighting to reduce eye strain and improve readability.
The
colors are easy
enough on the eyes, with impressive
saturation for LCDs, but by default they do seem to skew more toward the cooler side of the display spectrum.
There's just the right amount of
saturation to make
colors look vibrant
enough but not oversaturated.
