This has all been pre-release
game time, but Ubisoft was nice
enough to arrange some multiplayer sessions that I was able to join with reviewers
from other outlets, so I have not had nearly as much time with the multiplayer aspects as I would like, but what I was able to experience was top notch.
But, I am not so convinced that Tree of Tranquility has
enough content to set it apart

I can respect that Omega Force has made strides to stand out
from all of the
other games in the genre, but after so many years, it isn't
enough to keep me interested.
But the picture suffers in comparison to films that address convoluted sociologies (people point to American Beauty, but really, this
game goes all the way back to The Graduate) with fury and courage (like Todd Solondz's Palindromes and Happiness) or with surpassing originality and wit (like Wes Anderson's The Royal Tenenbaums and Rushmore)-- it suffers most, in
other words,
from believing that what it has to say is still interesting, still revelatory
enough by itself.
With the exception of Tri Force Heroes, none of the currently released
games and the upcoming
games spark my interest

from games on

The visuals were good

Honestly, although I personally think Bloodbourne is the most promising and sure - fire hit on the list, I wouldn't put it as the # 1 «new IP» as it borrows
enough from Dark Souls and Demon Souls that it could almost be considered a spiritual spin - off
game... I agree it's a new IP but a few of the
others have more «newness» to them, if that makes any sense.

from Square Enix in years), not to mention stuff like a new Bomberman, proper HD Street Fighter for on the go, I Am Setsuna and SnipperClips, Sonic Mania and Disgaea 5, Rime, Steep, Fast Racing RMX, Puyo Puyo and Redout... just on and on with solid
games to look forward to... and of course countless
others to come in the 5 - 6 years following is more than
enough reason to jump in.
Puzzle & Dragons might lack the polish of some
other games but it doesn't suffer
from not
enough playability.
It's not
enough to crib
from legendary sims and hope for the best, indeed, the constant references to Wing Commander and
other better
games just reminds us how good we used to have it.
The recoil mechanic used for platforming is different
enough to make this
game stand out
from other platformers.
To be completely honest, this is what you can expect
from a new LEGO
game, but the fresh coat of paint and use of
other DC superheroes in Gotham and even space is maybe
